So far soo good... my year break starts tomorrow 01.09.11, same day as the official launch of my website. So far I have recieved donations worth £505.00 towards my year break. The first thing I will do is to go on a Greek Island to work on the material I will put in my new workshop: "Performance...skills for life". Check this space and my website for more details. art is dead - long life to art!
Art as we knew it is dead. It is official. Why people should buy other people paranoias expressed through some sort of art form? Art is nothing but a type of obsessive compulsive disorder. Being 'artist' is not a gift is a desease. we will start soon to run workshops and sessions that help artists to de-creativise their life. Free themselves from the egotic idea of being a special sort of human being and free the public from the idea of not being enough creative if compared with artists.
It's time to move on. The futurist new manifesto spoke clearly. The audience is at the centre of the work of art. The focus is now on the circulation of audiences and the way to achive it is to spead up the circulation of works. The artist operates a mediation between unknown and known and then disappears. The work of art belongs to the community. The ego-system is about to collapse together with the global monetary system and the organised spiritual imperialism of so called religions. Join the movement from the liberation of the force of ego! Be a non-artist. Produce non-art! Art is dead - long life to art!
